An authentic Spanish Villa which is all about the location.
Located on the private estate of Pla del Mar in central Moraira & next to El Portet. A genuine 8min walk to the beautiful sandy beach of El Portet with bistros & cafes overlooking the sea. 8m walk to old town Moraira with all the wonderful boutiques, restaurants, bars & deli shops. There is a good supermarket selling everything you need at the end of the road & a weekly Farmers Market-car not needed. Seaview from the roof terrace, 4G/5G coverage throughout the villa & garden, pool, parking, 2x Smart TV's, EV charging point, dedicated office with own 5G fibre & Aircon. There are even solar panels installed so you can feel good about your carbon footprint :)
GROUND LEVEL -
BEDROOM 1 with a 160cm Queen bed, white cotton bedlinen, Aircon, fitted wardrobes, windows fitted with mosquito nets & blackout shutters.
FULL BATHROOM with a bath, separate shower, twin sinks, wc & bidet. Towels provided.
SHOWER ROOM with washing machine, sink & wc. Access to garden & pool.
KITCHEN with Aircon (heats also), 4G SMART TV, dishwasher, gas hob, double oven, microwave/oven/grill, Nespresso, fridge freezer, all crockery, utensils, pots & pans.
DINING ROOM - Can be joined with the kitchen & overlooks the garden & pool. Aircon, dining table with seating for 6 & a comfortable sofa.
FIRST FLOOR -
BEDROOM 2 with AIRCON (heats also) with 2 single beds which can also be put side by side. Dual aspect windows with mosquito nets & black out shutters. Built in wardrobes. Direct access onto the balcony with a table & 2 chairs, which overlooks the garden & pool.
SHOWER ROOM next to the twin bedroom with a shower, bidet, toilet & sink. Window with mosquito net.
BEDROOM 3 with Aircon & a 160cm Queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dual aspect windows with mosquito nets & black out blinds. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
LIVING ROOM with Aircon, a comfortable 3 seater sofa & 2 armchairs, 5G SMART TV for Netflix & Youtube (movies, news, documentaries, music channels all via Netflix, Youtube & internet.). Duel aspect windows (one with a mosquito net) with El Portet & countryside views.
SUN ROOM which can be joined to the living room, a typical Spanish Naya with a coffee table & seating for 4 which is perfect for reading or playing games, has a partial sea view. From here there is a spiral staircase to the roof terrace / SOLARIUM. Outside lighting.
SECOND FLOOR -
ROOF TERRACE / SOLARIUM has 360deg views of both the sea & countryside, including the famous Peñón de Ifach, Calpe, Cumbre del Sol, Moraira, Teulada & as far as Benidorm. A great spot for morning coffee and a sunset aperitif, as well as watching the numerous fiesta firework displays which happen throughout the summer months.
Mature garden with lots of beautiful flowering plants & shrubs, fruit trees including Lemon & Pomegranate, a real lawn (not plastic) and a beautiful 40 year old Canary palm provides dappled shade for an afternoon nap by the pool.
POOL-
South facing POOL with easy walk in steps, shallow & deep ends (1.1mtr-1.8mtr depth). Automatic LED underwater lighting every evening 9-11pm. Tear drop shape pool maximum width 5 mtrs & length 9mts.
OUTSIDE SHOWER with hot & cold water (please use before entering the pool as pool filters don't like suncream :)
TERRACING with sunny & shaded areas with 6 Sunloungers.
SUMMERHOUSE is a shaded seating area with comfortable lounging chairs & a coffee table which overlooks the pool & garden. Interior & exterior lighting.
OFFICE with a sofa, an office chair & height adjustable desk, has it's own fibre connection for 5G.
OUTSIDE KITCHEN with a gas Plancha, charcoal BBQ & pizza oven. Built in seating area for 6 people. Outside lighting.

Varför värden valde detta boende
After visiting many villas and apartments in the Moraira area, we knew this was the one as we looked through the ornate entrance gates. Everything was right about it, the location, the style, the facilities, the garden and the sea view.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This is an exclusive and highly desirable private residential area between Moraira old town & El Portet. Pla del Mar residents have their our own tennis courts to use which are located 200mtr from the Villa. You can walk to both El Portet and everything that wonderful Moraira has to offer within 10 minutes, including 2 beaches, restaurants, boutiques, Delis, the best supermarkets, Farmers Market, Live Music Lounge, bars, cafes, daily Fish Market, Mariner, NightClub, boat, paddle board & kayak hire, pharmacy, hairdressers etc etc.
