Villa Odysseus

Almost at the tip of the Liakis peninsular, which points south across the sea towards Zante, Villa Odysseus enjoys peerless sea views. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night. There's a rocky platform down by the sea, accessed via a short footpath and a sandy beach for bathing just a short 5 mins drive away.

Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just 5 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there are a couple of mini markets and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.

Open plan living room -
Sitting area - comfortable curved sofa, 50" Android TV with sat TV (limited channels/news only), DVD, floor to ceiling patio windows that overlook the terrace, pool and sea. Air con unit.
Dining Area – Lower level dining area with wooden table and seating for 6.
Kitchen Area – smart white cupboards with black counter tops, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), double sink with window of pool and sea views, 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Door to barbecue terrace.
Double Bedroom with en suite bath/shower room. Double bed, window overlooking the garden. Air con unit.
Shower/Bath Room - Full bath with air jets and rain shower attachment overhead, wash hand basin, WC. Washing machine.

First Floor
Double Bedroom with en suite shower room - One double bed, smartly tiled walk-in shower with glass door, wash hand basin, WC. French doors to sea view balcony. Air-con Unit.
Twin Bedroom with en suite shower room - Two single beds, smartly tiled shower room with walk in shower, wash basin and WC. French doors to sea view balcony plus window with sea views. Air con unit.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

Parking - There is covered parking for two cars in the driveway of the villa grounds.
