The property has three bedrooms; a king-size double, a second--floor double with en-suite shower room and a second floor twin, sleeping six guests. There is a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a kitchen and a living/dining room with electric fire and a balcony. There is garage parking available for one car. 21 Above Town is a lovely base for exploring the South Devon AONB.
Amenities: Electric heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD Player, Newly carpeted lounge and new sofa suite.
