To the left there is a spacious well equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and an electric oven. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large and comfortable lounge dining area with plenty of seating area, flat screen and satellite TV. To the right of the hall there is the sleeping area, this consists of one double bedroom and two twins all sharing two bathrooms, one full and one with shower unit. Must say that all the bedrooms are large and all have the facility of a fitted wardrobe plus air-conditioning.

The crystal clear water swimming pool is surrounded by comfortably furnished stone paved sun terraces and a lawn area. On a side of the pool there is a built in BBQ, ideal for al fresco evening meals. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
