A smart and stylish one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of an imposing Victorian townhouse, less than one minute from Sloane Square in the heart of exclusive Chelsea.

Flat 3 is a self-contained flat forming part of a luxury aparthotel with lift in a quiet tree lined road in this upmarket area of London. It is newly decorated and furnished in a modern style with the added benefit of stunning views over neighbouring gardens. A short stroll away is the city’s famous Kings Road with its café culture, designer stores and renowned restaurants. The flat benefits from exceptional ceiling heights and large windows making it light and airy.
The formal lounge has a dining area with seating for four, a large sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed upon request and wide screen television with all Freeview channels. Double doors lead straight to the bedroom with a UK Super King size bed, large wardrobe and a desk and chair for home working. Both rooms feature large windows overlooking neighbouring gardens.

From the master bedroom, please note that the bathroom is accessed via the lounge. There is a contemporary kitchen, with fridge, microwave and cooker as well as a good range of cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery perfect for guests wanting to self-cater. The marbled bathroom has a bathtub with rainfall shower and plenty of storage space.

The apartment is less than five minutes from Sloane Square Underground station on the circle and district lines giving easy access to South Kensington, Victoria and St James Park. Each year Chelsea hosts the world famous Chelsea Flower Show, The Chelsea Antiques Fair is a popular annual event in Chelsea Town Hall and the Saatchi Gallery is in nearby Duke of York’s Square. Famous locations such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and all the museums of South Kensington are a bus or cab ride away as are the luxury stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols.

Awful communication from property managers/ AI responses to Heathrow fire

We messaged this property management team from the plane when we learned of the Heathrow fire, informing them we simply could not get to London from CA. As soon as we were told our flight was cancelled, we asked for alternative options. The responses we received were automated, impersonal, and didn’t address our concerns. The company refused to offer a credit, a portion of the payment back, or any other type of compensation for a situation that was beyond our control. We continued to pursue communication, only to receive more AI-type responses and disconnected messages. We are disappointed we paid for a holiday in London we never participated in. We will be careful to never book with this group again.

A little sojourn in Chelsea

The location is unbeatable for anyone visiting London. With Colbert for Breakfast, Partridges for provisions and Summer at Sloane Square for evening tipples. For anything else there’s Peter Jones. Our host Denison looked after us well even when laundry was being delivered late. A wonderful home from home when we visit London. One comment. The Welcome basket could do with an upgrade.
