Beautiful country house with a lovely stone facade and a big garden.
Located just 1.5km from the village of Sineu.
I highlight its well-kept garden and the comfortable exterior with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains.
The main house has a capacity for 6 guests, on the ground floor
it has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are
one more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Large living room with air conditioning, a full equipped and furnished kitchen, both rooms with direct access to the porch.

Sineu stands out for its famous Wednesday market with great agricultural content, currently a tourist focus. Very good restaurants to taste one of the most typical dishes of Mallorca, the "Majorcan frit".

the house and garden area are great

We had a nice stay in Sineu and where there to discover the island on road bikes. Everything was well prepared an clean. Kitchen is well equipped and the house and garden area are great.

Finca Es Cocons is the most beautiful traditional Majorcan house

Finca Es Cocons is the most beautiful traditional Majorcan house in a great location. The local village of Sineu had everything you need from great coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. We loved this traditional family Majorcan town but also felt very at home. The Finca was absolutely spotless and very private but not isolated. The outside area is perfection!! We also loved the fact everywhere was within a 30 minute drive so we were able to see so much of the island! It was lovely to meet the Gabrial and his parents before we left so we could thank them for the fruit basket, wine, Majorcan pastries and a surprise delivery of fresh eggs one morning! We could easily have stayed forever!! 5 🌟 Hopefully we’ll be back very soon! I also want to thank the girls at Villasmar for looking after our booking! Such a professional and helpful team!

Super Haus in zentraler Lage von Mallorca

Wir haben uns rundum srhr wohl gefühlt. Vom Eigentümer haben wir am ersten Abend Baguette, Wurst, Käse und Rotwein bekommen. Bei Fragen war ein unkomplizierter Kontakt über WhatsApp möglich.

What a stunning Finca

What a stunning Finca. The grounds are beautiful and you are surrounded by olive and carob trees. The pool is fantastic, salt water and perfect temperature and the outdoor areas are really a true bonus of space allowing you to have every meal outdoors. The house itself is lovely, spacious and to be honest, the photos don’t do the house justice. We LOVED staying here and can highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very quiet, private escape from the madness of real life. The owners were very kind and generous everything was as just ideal for our family

Perfect in everyway! would love to visit again.

Excellent location. Villa and pool were amazing. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They provided some food and wine for the evening of our arrival. This was very welcome after a flight delay. Villa is equipped with everything you could need, and more!! Fresh eggs from the chickens were also very welcome. Thankyou Raphael. The pool was super clean and became a big part of our holiday. The children loved it! After a flight delay we arrived in the dark rather than daylight. The property was also in darkness and we had a little difficulty in navigating our way around and finding the entrance&#47door to the actual villa. Not the owners fault as they thought we would be arriving in daylight, but maybe one light left on at the top of the drive for late arrivals would be helpful. We managed by using our phone lights.

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Man benötigt ein Auto zur Anreise und um vor Ort flexibel zu sein. Aber genau so hatten wir es uns gewünscht. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Besuch in Mallorca sicher wieder buchen.

We had an amazing stay ,

We had an amazing stay ,the villa is perfect for a family holiday . Refreshing pool,peaceful private surroundings.Easy to get into Sineu and surrounding beaches . The owners very friendly,loved the gifts of fresh eggs and our welcome fruit bowl and savoury tart very thoughtful.

Stunning property

What an awesome house and grounds. We loved every minute of our stay. We met the family at the property who let us drop our bags early. When we checked in we where greeted with a homemade Pizza, wine, cut meats and cheese! I can honestly say this has been the best well stocked house. We wanted for nothing. The pool and the BBQ area was amazing too along with the aircon! We would happily return.Thanks so much.x

The finca was fantastic.

The finca was fantastic. Very private, spacious, gorgeous view, barbecue station, ping pong table, etc.. Each bedroom has air conditioning and we missed nothing else. The very sympathetic hostess brought us a few times fresh fruit in addition to a hostess gift. The cozy and authentic village of Sineu is within walking distance. There you can also go out to eat well. An all around perfect accommodation

Fantastic house and location

Fantastic house and location and very lovely owners. Everything was according to the photos and description as published and we had no complaints. The beds were great! Location is optimal if you want to visit all corners of the Island. We will definitely book again, if we return to Majorca.

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Wir empfehlen die Finca definitiv weiter - es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Pool war sehr groß und die Zimmer waren mit einem Ventilator oder einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir haben sogar frisches Obst und selbstgemachtes, mallorquinisches Essen beim Empfang bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wirklich ein Traum

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wirklich ein Traum! Live ist es noch besser als auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Besonders das riesige Grundstück und der Pool sind hervorzuheben. Auch die Organisation und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, sodass ein Mietauto benötigt wird. Der nächste richtige Supermarkt ist in ca. 15 Fahrminuten Entfernung. Unten am Hang ist eine größere Straße, von der man an bestimmten Zeiten am Tag etwas Verkehrslärm hört. Ansonsten muss man sich schon anstrengen, um überhaupt etwas zu finden, bei dem es Verbesserungspotential gibt. Sehr gut!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca! Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist wirklich hervorragend. Wenn man mit Kind anreist, braucht man nichts an Poolutensilien mitnehmen, da wirklich sehr viel an Luftmatratzen usw vorhanden ist. Wir empfehlen die Finca aufjedenfall weiter und würden in Zukunft wieder kommen.

Es Cocons, wir werden uns wiedersehen!

Es Cocons, wir werden uns wiedersehen! Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden von den Eigentümern im mehr als sauberen und ordentlichen Haus mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten und Obst empfangen. Es Cocons ist von Kopf bis Fuß liebevoll und typisch mallorquinisch dekoriert. Der Salzwasserpool wurde mit den vorhandenen Luftmatratzen gern und viel benutzt. An einem Abend herrschte Gewitter sodass der Strom ausfiel. Selbst da wurde uns geschrieben und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Zusammenfassend vollkommen zufrieden! :-)

Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Es ist alles schön hergerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt super. Wir haben auf Nachfrage Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge bekommen. Als wir ankamen gab es von der Vermieterin selbst gebackenes Essen und Obst. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist auch super für Ausflüge.
