Ash Tree Lodge is a beautiful annexe cottage attached to the owner's home in the village of Burton Pidsea, East Yorkshire. Hosting one double bedroom, a bathroom, an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and a conservatory, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a large enclosed garden with lawn, patio, hot tub and furniture, along with off-road parking. Ash Tree Lodge is a wondrous escape for two in East Yorkshire. Note: This property only accepts bookings Friday-Friday.

Amenities: Underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge. Smart TV connected to WiFi, remember to have your Netflix, Amazon etc passwords, A large selection of books, some interesting DVD's, player connected to the TV Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub. One well-behaved medium size dogs welcome. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1 mile. Electric charging point, 16 AMP and 13 AMP. This property is an annexe attached to the owner's own home. Note: Local shop and post office open 7 days a week (8 AM – 6 PM on weekdays). Note: Children (excluding infants) are not permitted at this property. Note: There is a designated sheltered porch and bench with ash tray for guests who wish to smoke. Town: Resting on the Holderness peninsula of East Yorkshire is the village of Burton Pidsea, a rural setting not far from the coast. Offering two local pubs along with a convenience shop, the village has all you need, and is a great spot for leisurely cycling thanks to the many flat country lanes all around. Head to the city of Hull for a host of attractions including the aquatic centre, The Deep, and the Truck Theatre, whilst fun at the seaside can be had at Withernsea Bay Beach or further north along the coast at Hornsea and Bridlington.

5 day break was perfect, weather not to good but the lodge had everything in it to keep us busy.

excellent lodge,lovely hot tub,and a log fire to die for. perfect.

Ash Tree Lodge is an EXCELLENT unique property, dog friendly, maps for walkers.

original house features are blended with modern kitchen dining area and cosy fireside seating, very comfortable bed, beautiful bedroom and bath. Lovely hot tub in delightful sheltered garden, used each evening whilst we had our pre dinner G'n'Ts, longer on our first night as we were in a time warp as the beautiful feature clock was still on British Summer Time, yes our visit was in the first week of November 2020, well that was my excuse;) , and that being so most of our last day was spent in the HOT TUB ! prior to lockdown #2 everything you could need and more is there. and I didn't correct the clock, not my skill set. Thank you Chris and France's for the lovely welcome treats.
