A smart and characterful two bedroom apartment on the top floor of an imposing Victorian townhouse, less than one minute from Sloane Square in the heart of exclusive Chelsea.
Flat 10 is a self-contained apartment on the fourth and top floor of a luxury aparthotel with lift in a quiet, tree-lined road in this upmarket area of London. A short stroll away is the cityâs famous Kings Road with its cafĂ© culture, designer stores and renowned restaurants.
The lift will take guests to the top floor, from where there are steps leading up to the apartment.
The hallway leads to an open-plan living room featuring a dining area with seating for four, a large sofa, and wide screen television with all Freeview channels. In one corner is a small study area, affectionately called poetsâ corner, with a large gothic-style window offering skyline views.
There is a contemporary kitchen, with fridge, microwave and cooker as well as a good range of cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery perfect for guests wishing to self-cater.
Bedroom one has a UK King-size bed, plenty of storage space and cityscape views. Bedroom two, at the front of the house, has a UK Super King-size bed and also plenty of storage.
The marbled bathroom has a bathtub with rainfall shower and plenty of storage space.

It is less than five minutes from Sloane Square Underground station on the circle and district lines giving easy access to South Kensington, Victoria and St James Park. Each year Chelsea hosts the world-famous Chelsea Flower Show, The Chelsea Antiques Fair is a popular annual event in Chelsea Town Hall and the Saatchi Gallery is in nearby Duke of Yorkâs Square. Famous locations such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and all the museums of South Kensington are a bus or cab ride away as are the luxury stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
