Bolams holiday home is a 3-bedroom holiday home sleeping 6 guests comfortably:Property layout – Ground floor:-Entrance Hall -Sitting room with smart TV with Sky channels -Modern kitchen -Dining room -Bedroom 1: kingsize sleeping 2-Bedroom 2: kingsize sleeping 2-Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2-Family bathroom with fitted shower cubicle, WC & hand basinPlease note, there are 5 steps leading up to the entrance of the home.Outside the holiday home is beautiful lawned gardens with garden furniture, the perfect location for taking in the beautiful surroundings while dining alfresco. There is WIFI included at this holiday home. Towels are provided within the home.

The daily rate for heating & electricity at this property is €5 all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.2. Security Deposit:A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
