Holiday home in Cartama, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This recently-refurbished property sits above the town of Cartama, providing breathtaking views of the valley and the mountains on the horizon. While here, you will be able to rejoice in the most spectacular sunsets, while you relax in the equipped outdoor area and let the sun kiss your skin.
The plot welcomes the main house and an attached apartment.
The main house, which relies on 100-sq-mt surface features a modern design and unique furniture that creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The dining-living room welcomes two sofas, armchairs and a picturesque fireplace. The dining table allows you to rejoice in your meals together with your loved ones. The kitchen is perfectly integrated into the living space, and it's provided with all the appliances that you could need during your stay. From the living room, you can access the three bedrooms of the house: two of them are equipped with two twin beds each, whereas the master bedroom features one double bed and a splendid en-suite with a walk-in shower. Another bathroom with a shower is at your disposal inside the main house.
The bedrooms are provided with air-con.
The annexed apartment, which you can access independently, welcomes a double bed, a sofa, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. This apartment will remain closed and will only be open for groups of more than 6 people.
The 1-hectare private plot is completely fenced. You will find several seating areas and relaxing spots where you can make the most of your well-deserved holidays. The fabulous porch welcomes an area for dining "al fresco", overlooking the remarkable landscape. Next to it, two hammocks let you fall asleep accompanied by the fresh breeze. An oven and a grill are perfect for cooking while revelling in the views, although the cherry on top is the fabulous private pool. The panoramic vistas that you will enjoy from here, together with the possibility of refreshing and sunbathing, guarantee an unforgettable stay for the whole family.
For youth group bookings, the total deposit will be 600âŹ.
