Hawthorne Cottage is a charming stone terraced cottage that can be found resting in the village of Cotherstone, Durham. Hosting two bedrooms consisting of a double and a twin, this property can sleep a total of two guests. The first floor is finished with a shower room, with an additional shower room resting on the ground floor. The interior is complete with a kitchen/dining room with a gas stove and a sitting room featuring an electric fire. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a gravelled area and an outdoor dining space. Roadside parking is available for guests. Hawthorne Cottage is a splendid dwelling for a relaxing retreat to Durham.
Amenities: Gas central heating with log burning stove and electric log effect stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available. Enclosed back garden with gravelled area featuring an outdoor seating area. One well-behaved pet welcome.
