Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with SuperKing Bed and Bunk Beds 5 miles from St Andrews and Dundee.
Modern décor/furnishings make the place bright and airy. Gas central heating, workstation and chair, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine/fridge freezer. 42" TV
The space
The property is accessed from the communal hallway which is shared with one upstairs flat - No 65 also let as a holiday home. The external doors to the hallway are kept locked at all times - only accessible to the two properties.
Ample car parking in Ye Olde Hotel car park next door.
Guest access
You will have the sole use of the inside of the property ie Living Room, Kitchen, internal Stairs and Hallway, 2 Bedrooms and Shower/Toilet.
You will share the communal hallway and the outside area with the Top Flat. Entrance is locked only the occupants of upstairs and yourselves will access - hand sanitising station at the entrance door.
The back garden is completely enclosed and a fantastic suntrap.
Other things to note
Super King Bed can be separated into two full single beds on request
High Chair and Travel Cot available on request
Also a single bed can be put into Lounge Area
Next door is the local village pub. Excellent Bus Service to St Andrews/Dundee. Railway station 5 min walk - on the main London to Aberdeen. Only rail station for St Andrews.
Fantastic beaches nearby and on the Coastal Walking Path.
