Islander Condo # 114 är en West View, guldenhet som rymmer upp till 6 personer. Den här enheten är perfekt om du vill vara nära poolen och inte vill kämpa mot trappan eller hissen. Det är 50 meter från poolen och balkongen går vidare till gräset. Gå in i vårt tropiska paradis bekvämt beläget för snabb och enkel åtkomst till stranden eller ditt val av två pooler.

Köket är nyligen renoverat med nya GE-rostfria vitvaror inklusive kylskåp med dubbeldörr och is i dörren, nya bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustade med alla verktyg för att tillgodose dina matlagningsbehov. Samla runt det nypolsterade matbordet med plats för 6 eller koppla av i vardagsrummet med nya möbler för att titta på 47-tums TV med digital kabelåtkomst och en Streaming Blue Ray-spelare. Det finns en bäddsoffa för drottning för gäster.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med nya, moderna sängkläder, ny madrass och en 28 "TV med en Streaming Blue Ray-spelare. Badrummet har uppdaterad fåfänga, bänkskivor och en duschkabin. Gästrummet har 2 enkelsängar med dubbelsäng med modern inredning och en 24-tums TV med en video. Gästbadrummet har uppdaterats med en ny fåfänga och bänkskivor. Golvet är nytt i hela lägenheten.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! The pool was just steps from our back door. Parking space right on our front door. Few minutes from Destin Harbour Boardwalk. We really love the location of this apartment. Hopefully we will come back!

Destin Beach Condo

Reviewer Comments: we have been staying at the islander about 11 years. and i was not happy about room 114. we had bugs the whole time. they looked like roaches. we went to the front desk every day to tell them and they said they would call someone to come out. they never came out to spray. someone said the bug was called something else i cant remember the name. but they were every where. on the counter tops all over the kitchen in our bathrooms. as much as we love coming here every year i just was upset having to deal with that. i did love how much sleeping space they had in the room though.

It doesnt get much worse

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the ISLANDER a total of 9 times throughout the years. This time made it to where i will not be coming back. It has progressively gotten worse in the last 6 years and i wasnt able to vacation there in the last 2 years due to covid concerns and small children but this time was terrible. Dirty, dingy, falling apart, bugs, roaches, loud rude people, rude staff, overpriced, i will not be coming back and i used to love this place.

Our Condo was fully equipped and the furniture was so comfy. The condo had a great king bed in the master bedroom, an awesome huge bathroom and a huge closet. the pools, hot tubs and the grounds were well taken care of and everything about the Islander was very nice and we are planning on making it our vacation destination every time we go to Florida.

Having bunk beds in the spare bedroom was unexpected & NOT pictured in the photos of the room. There was ice left in the freezer & caused the fridge to smell like FISH. There was NOT a broom in the condo & we found a dirty plate behind the night stand in the master. The cleaning was NOT worth the $$$ you pay.

TOO MUCH LOUD MUSIC

Something has to be done about loud music at grill area. for the past 3 yrs,Fri & Sat crowds take over and play music way to loud. couldn't hear ourselves talk Friday night. Please post signs under pavilion. if there is a sign about no loud music, then we have the right to call the front desk.

Other than that a very nice unit. Enjoyed my first try with very friendly and patient pickle ball group, played almost every morning from 10-12. Got to meet a lot of friendly people from Michigan, Canada,Wisconsin,Minnesota,Iowa,Indiana,and North Dakota.

This time I was displeased with the Furniture in condo 114. It was dated and ALL mattresses were in poor condition and made for an uncomfortable sleep, including the sofa bed! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Everything else was wonderful, I just wouldn't recommend that unit number. Thanks for listening!

Our winter stay at the Islander

We had some problems with our condo this year r/t leaking bathroom pipes in the condo above us. The guest bathroom ceiling was in poor shape and really an embarrassment when used by our guests. The tennis courts and pickle ball courts were in poor shape and these are 2 activities that we enjoy doing. There was a lot of construction going on for most of our stay.
