The Space:
Medium firm King-size bed with 100% cotton bedding, underfloor heating, blackout curtains, silent mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, (no cooker) TV, WiFi, USB sockets, and more. The sleek en-suite shower room is separated by a sliding door for privacy.

Step through the French doors and onto your private patio, where you can sip your morning coffee or relax under the stars. Whether you're visiting in sunny summers, crisp autumns, or cozy winters, this peaceful escape is designed for year-round enjoyment.

Nature & Adventure at Your Doorstep:
Just beyond our driveway cattle grid you'll find freely roaming donkeys, ponies, cows, and even deer. Five minutes down the road, you might even spot pigs and piglets in September!

With 71,000 acres of protected heathland, woodlands, and trails, the New Forest National Park is a dream destination for walking, cycling, and simply soaking in nature’s beauty.

Local Dining & Delights:
You won’t have to go far to enjoy delicious food and drinks:  The Potting Shed café & farm shop is a 4-min walk. The Foresters Arms is an 8 min walk. The Royal Oak a 15 min walk. The Three Lions is 15 mins walk. (Check online for opening times)

Excellent and relaxing stay in a wonderful area

We loved it! It was very clean, comfy and welcoming. The garden had lovely flowers. We enjoyed the very nice pool as well. It was a little piece of paradise in a lovely area of England. We hope to come back again soon.

Perfect accommodation in the perfect location

Upon our arrival the property was even better than the amazing pictures we had seen, very clean, modern and a perfect setting for a new forest stay.

Chilling at Forest palms .

Totally relaxing and peaceful break . Perfect hosts and a beautiful modern place to stay with lovely gardens and a pool !!. Surrounded by the peace of the New Forest and a lovely place to get breakfast a two minute walk away at the Potting Shed and lovely homely pub 5 min walk . Loved it here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend people to stay .

Perfect country retreat

We had a lovely stay for my birthday! We really enjoyed using the pool, the garden is gorgeous too. The property is great, very clean and had everything we needed.

A gem of a place!

Jacqui and Pas are brilliant, welcoming hosts. Nothing is too much trouble but care is taken to ensure privacy for guests. The pool is warm and the room is clean and contemporary. Breakfasts on the patio, surrounded by beautiful flowers and wildlife were a joy and all of this was just a short walk from heathland where cows, ponies and donkeys roam freely. A most enjoyable 5-night stay!

Bank Holiday weekend stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Very clean and beautifully presented. Lots of great storage and a little welcome basket on arrival. Lovely surroundings and private courtyard space. Thank you. We had a lovely time. :)

Immaculate contemporary studio, tucked away in a beautiful area. Jacqui and Pascal were fantastic hosts, the studio and pool (heated) was an amazing place to stay, we shall return again soon. Thank you both for a lovely weekend. Michèl & Alan

Our home is in The New forest National Park, a place of beauty and wonder - we've lived in the area for 10 years and still are amazed at the local roaming ponies, donkeys, cows, deer and pigs in autumn.
