This floor is furnished to provide a perfect area for enjoyment and relaxation, and is equipped with deck chairs placed around the pool. There is a modernly fitted kitchen and one double bedroom with a sea view, a modern bathroom, an entrance to the front yard through the area of the laundry room and entertainment room, which consists of a large billiard table and a small fitness area for working out.
On the first floor of the Villa Casa Mare,there is a sleeping area, consisting of 6 spacious double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom, a sofa that can be stretched out into a comfortable bed for one person, and a terrace with seating and a sea view. One bedroom has a terrace with seating overlooking the sea and a bathroom that is shared with another room, which also has its own terrace, but with a view to the peaceful surroundings of the villa.
