Luxury Villa Murvica with a swimming pool is located in the small village of Murvica on the island of Brac, just five kilometers west of the town of Bol and the beach Zlatni Rat. It is only 150 meters away from the crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches and 150 m from the center of Murvica.
The property of Villa Murvica extends over an area of 1000 m2, and the villa itself has 120 m2.
Villa Murvica consists of two floors: the ground floor and the first floor and is suitable accommodation for 6 people.
Entering the villa you will find a beautiful stone terrace with an amazing swimming pool of 28 m2, which is surrounded by deck chairs and a shower. There is also a covered outdoor fully equipped kitchen area of 32 m2.
On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a sofa. There is also fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. Here you can also find an air-conditioned bedroom (12 m2) with an en suite bathroom (4.5 m) and direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool.
On the first floor (60 m2) there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other room has one double bed. Rooms are separated by a small chamber area of of 3 m2.
Luxury Villa Murvica is fully air-conditioned, equipped with WI-FI, Smart Tv and a private parking spaces for its guests.
