Luxury Villa Primosten Glamour with heated outdoor pool and separate wellness house with a sauna is situated 1 km from the center of town of Primosten and just 20 m from the sea and the beach. Luxury Villa Primosten Glamour consists of three floors: ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The villa has 7 bedrooms and is suitable accommodation for 14 people.
On the large terrace with beautiful view of Adriatic Sea and surround Mediterranean vegetation there is heated swimming pool (25 m2), sun loungers, sitting furniture and outdoor dining table.
From the terrace, through the arched glass doors, you are entering the ground floor of the villa with spacious and elegant living and dining area with a fully equipped main kitchen. This kitchen is connected to the terrace where you will find an outdoor stone grill. On the same floor there is also one bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower and additional guest bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor of the villa you will find another living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, there are also two bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one bedroom with a private bathroom. From this floor you have access to a large terrace of 100 m2 with sitting furniture and a breathtaking sea view.
On the second there is another beautifully decorated living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a balcony with an amazing sea view. On this floor, there are also two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with a shower and one bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower.
