This brand new, luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay

As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay and also includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 3 persons.
One of the bathrooms with a shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor

Upstairs, you will find the four modern and spacious bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed and offers seaviews. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC

Amazing stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A fabulous stay in this amazing villa. Spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds & pillows and lovely linen and fluffy towels. The accommodation was beautifully presented with everything you need, the only addition we would suggest a mirror in the bedrooms near a plug socket for drying your hair The outside space was amazing and the pool absolutely made our holiday as the weather was so hot. Short walk to the supermarket which was great The beach, restaurants & bars were also a short walk from the villa The team at Imagine Villas were excellent and made sure we were ok during our stay The Welcome Visit the morning after the visit was really appreciated. Would love to stay again some day, thank you so much for everything Anne-Marie & friends x

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for.

Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis.

Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success.

35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
