New, modern, comfortable and fully equipped apartment close to the beach. It situated in the ancient port of Delphi, to the old town Kirra.
This is one of two apartments which exist on the ground floor of our familie’s house building. Ιt is surrounded by a flowered courtyard, ideal for sunny days.
The apartment is 45 sq.m. and includes: spacious bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom and a spacious living room with a singl bed and a large sofa ,wich can be turned into a double bed. There are two air conditioning units, placed to the bedroom and the living room.
Provided beach towels, safe box. Playpen, baby bath and high chair (on request).
Free parking spots are always available, right outside of the building. Fifteen meters away is located a supermarket for all the essentials. The beach is a few steps away, where anyone can enjoy, swimming, fishing, long walks or biking along the coast.
It is well-positioned for Delphi ( just 15’ min drive from Archaeological sites of Delphi), Arachova, parnassos, Galaxidi, Osios Loukas etc.

Lovely stay

The property has all of the amenities one would want, and is very conveniently located near Delphi. The owner was incredibly hospitable - we highly recommend this property!

Quiet, yet convenient

We loved staying here. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants and the beachfront boardwalk. There is a small grocery store within a 1 minute walk, which was convenient. The bedroom is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The ammenties were plentifull, including a seat in the shower for the ladies to shave their legs. Air conditioners are in the living room and bedroom and kept the space very comfortable. They provided food and drink consumables as an extra touch of welcome. We met our host and she was a lovely, kind human being!

Quiet, cute and convenient!

Georgia and her husband were so very lovely and helpful. And their place was just perfect for my friend and me while we explored Delphi and the surrounding area. It had everything we needed to be set up for breakfast and coffee and to relax. We had been on a group tour for two weeks and needed some down time to regroup before going home to the US. The little town was great for walking around quietly, eating in an uncrowded, unhurried cafe and just going across the street to the small market to get a few things to have in our VRBO space. It felt as if we got to see real Greek life behind the scenes. I would recommend staying here to anyone. After we left, I realized I had forgotten my raincoat hanging on a hook just inside the front door. Georgia's husband was kind enough to drive it "up the mountain" and meet us with the coat at a spot in Delphi. Service absolutely above and beyond expectations! I would go back again.

We had an excellent experience at this suite in Itea. 30 second walk to the beach and not to far into the main stretch in the city. Suite was clean and exactly what we needed it to be. The host is also very nice and accommodating :)
