Alex was always very communicative from the moment he reserved. I am glad he enjoyed his time in Sam Rayburn. The garage in that property is 60' long so plenty of space to park a truck and a boat without unhitch them and be covered. Mrs. Thames reported that he left the place very clean, I appreciate that. When my father built these properties and being a fishermen (now retired), his most important thing was to have a garage that could cover his boat and a truck PLUS easy access like the driveway! I am a very fortunate daughter and I am sure my dad is proud of the hard work I am doing managing the properties. Before his long term departure , he made sure that everything was going to be the way he was managing them. Hello Pedro, am very sorry you found those issues.. For the last four years I have been doing my best to sustain super host status – but like the saying goes, it take on bad experience to tarnish a reputation. You have my word that I am taking all necessary steps to mitigate your observations and have plans in place to address further supervision after having work done on the property to not have things like nails left behind by work crews. The excessive rain as well as heat have been a challenge. The records rains have brought to the Brookland and Jasper region a rash of worm infestations. We have stepped up the application of treatments due to this. For the gross cheese slice, I too would have been grossed out. Again, my whole hearted apology for these issues. I pride myself in making best efforts to make my Villas a home away from home.” Sincerely Mariela
