Detta nya hus började i slutet av 2016 och slutade i Aprli 2017 och var utformat för den semester som vill ha nÀra lyx men med komforten i hemmet.

Den öppna planlösningen i köket och vardagsrummet hÄller alla tillsammans nÀr de vill ha det. Sovrummen tillÄter sekretess vid andra tillfÀllen.

Dessutom finns det en mycket stor takvÄning med takflÀktar att sitta och komma bort frÄn allt HÀr kan du vila, sova eller njuta av en god drink.

Utsikten ner i skogen Àr helt vilsam.

Alla apparater Àr nya tillsammans med en vÀrmepump med lite större storlek. Möblerna Àr moderna.

Ligger cirka 50 miles söder om Memphis, TN utanför USA I-55. Huset ligger ca tvÄ (2) miles frÄn Sardis Lake som Àr kÀnt för sitt fiske och vattensporter. Dessutom Àr huset ca 20 mil scenisk bilresa frÄn Oxford, hemmet för Ole Miss, University of Mississippi.

The house is about 35 min from campus, not ideal but super affordable for us to enjoy some time with our son!!

Fishing trip

Everything was nice and clean. The only issue was the outside garbage can was full and had no place to place our garbage. Also tv remotes had no batteries. And the only TV service was a Roku free channels. Outside of that, which is not a big deal but should be fixed. I would stay there again.

Horrible/Disgusting

Communication is horrible. Satisfaction is non existent. This is the worst experience to date. Vrbo does not care about you. Nor does this property manager.

Thanks for sharing your home away from home! It had everything we needed and worked perfectly for us. Our son was competing in a race in Batesville and it was so convenient to have a quiet place to lay our heads during the off time. If we return for the race next year, we definitely want to stay at your place !

House near Oxford

The house was neat and clean. The only issue was TV not working on Friday night, but it worked on Saturday. Reception is through Hughes Net, which is not a great service! The owner worked with us on any questions!

Nice cabin for getaway!

We stayed here four nights over the Ole Miss graduation weekend. It’s close enough to Oxford but far enough away to avoid crowds. The cabin was clean and spacious. When we discovered the coffee pot was cracked, the property manager brought a new one the same day! The beds were comfortable and also has a washer and dryer! It didn’t have a toaster which was a bummer but not a huge deal. The WiFi was kinda sketchy too at times but all in all we had a great experience!

Nice family getaway spot.

Perfect size for a family weekend getaway. It is a little remote, take your groceries with you, only store is a quick stop about 1-2 miles away. Very comfortable bedrooms, adequate kitchen/living room great room. Beautiful view of the woods and a lovely porch with ceiling fans. Only 30 minute drive into Oxford for Ole Miss games!

Very nice! Clean and comfortable, quiet, peaceful setting.

Six of us spent Ole Miss Family Weekend here and there was plenty of space for us. Comfortable beds, beautiful living space. It’s a bit of a drive from Oxford but it’s a very pretty drive and the price was much more reasonable than staying in town that weekend. We’d definitely stay here again!

Neat house

We stayed here a few nights over the holidays while visiting with family, and it worked out well for us. The house was clean and comfortable, and looks just like the pictures. The internet wasn't working during our stay (I understand its rural location poses challenges for service) but we got okay signals on our AT&T and Verizon phones. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area.
