Casa Paprika - Large family villa

You’ll love it because……Casa Paprika offers a ‘best of both worlds’ kind of holiday in a peaceful, botanical setting. Hidden away enough from the madding crowd of Javea’s busiest destinations, yet only a short six-minute drive to the buzz of the Arenal and it’s wining, dining and beach bar scene.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, the top floor and main body of the villa is reached via stairs and entered into by a large, glazed porch offering panoramic views from a comfy seating area. Moving inside, guests are greeted by the L-shaped lounge-dining area that offers oodles of dining and/or chill-out space in what we like to call the central hub of the property. The adjoining kitchen and utility room are light and bright, both equipped with the usual mod-cons and little luxuries expected from a top-notch holiday home.
Walking back through the lounge the long hallway leads to three ample size bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and a beautifully tiled family shower room. In the bedrooms, white washed walls and traditional Spanish shutters meet crisp white linens and elegant wood furniture. Air conditioning is provided in two of rooms with the third benefitting from a large ceiling fan…perfect for those balmy nights!
Looking for a little more privacy? Then the ground floor apartment with its own private entrance is the space for you! Consisting of a large open plan lounge-diner-kitchen, bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, space is aplenty!
Outside, the pool is at the centre of a cool and multifaceted entertainment space that provides optional dining and relaxation zones. From the pool area, follow the pretty garden path around to the back of the villa where a built-in barbeque and Arabesque style dining area merge into the perfect space for candlelit dinners set against Paprika hued walls…bliss!
