Welcome to our lovely 3 bed terrace in the heart of Preston. Our spacious home is perfect for families, groups of friends or contractors working locally, looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The property has been modernised to create 3 bedrooms with 5 comfortable single beds including fresh linens and 1 folding bed.
The living/dining room is cosy and comfortable with a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table.
There is a modern, newly fitted kitchen fully equipped with all essential appliances including: fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Care has also been taken to provide all the necessary utensils for you to cook a delicious meal during your stay.
The house features a modern bathroom with a bathtub, (perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city) over the bath electric shower, wash basin and wc.
Located in Preston it provides easy access to surrounding towns in Lancashire and Yorkshire but is also only a short drive from the city’s main attractions including shops, restaurants and cafes. There is ample street parking in front of or close to the house.
