Villa Alordes, Rustic house with fantastic views towards the different valleys of Pollensa

Located in an olive grove that is more than 1000 years old, this rustic house with fantastic views of the different valleys of Pollensa offers us a quiet and private environment in one of the most beautiful areas of the town of Pollensa. You reach the house through a narrow private road. Entering the house we find a wide entrance and a sandstone arch that separates the spacious living room, which has stone walls, a large fireplace and TV/DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a pantry. In the kitchen we can also find a door that opens to the outside, specifically to the covered terrace from which we can directly access the pool area.From the living room there is another interior arch that gives us access to a double bedroom en suite and, in addition, next to the living room there is another bathroom with a half bathtub. A staircase takes us to the upper floor, where the rest of the rooms are located. These consist of two double bedrooms (one has an en-suite shower room) and two beautiful double bedrooms. Here when you go up the stairs there is another bathroom with a shower. On this same floor there is also a terrace from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The pool area and terraces are fully equipped with garden furniture.Also outside we find a barbecue made of ideal material for preparing dinners or meals outdoors surrounded by a totally natural, quiet and peaceful environment.
