Studio apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful building with character.
Quiet location 15 minutes' walk from the Cité, 5 minutes from the town centre, the station and the Canal du Midi.
You have access to the interior garden with a private terrace in front of your flat.
At TRIBUS there's great WiFi access, board games, cards, magazines and books.
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, tea towels provided.
- The bed (160x200) was made in the Aude region, and the bedding (pillows, duvet) meets 4-star hotel standards. The bed linen is linen.
-A large wardrobe
- Bathroom with toilet: large shower, hairdryer, organic shower gel, towels provided.
You will find everything you need to start your stay: Nespresso coffee capsules, tea, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, shower gel, etc.
Breakfast made with regional and organic products can be delivered on reservation at an additional cost.
Designed and optimized for your comfort, the cottages have been decorated by us with brands and furniture that we love.
The garden is common to the 3 dwellings. It has a summer kitchen, griddle, dining area with table and chair, relaxation area.
Toilets are accessible on the ground floor of the building.
At TRIBUS there is TV with NETFLIX (except studio) a great Wifi access, board games, maps, magazines and books.
The rooms all overlook the interior garden.
The mattresses were made in Aude, the over-bedding (pillows, duvet) corresponds to the standards of the 4-star hotel. Bed linen is linen.
The kitchens are fully equipped (induction hob, fridge freezer, Nespresso, kettle, toaster) and you have everything you need to start your stay.
The apartments (except the studio) have a washer dryer and a Honesty Bar with our selection of wines.
