Cotenham long barn with hot tub

This recent barn conversion offers ground floor accommodation for up to six guests with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Bedroom one has a king size bed and has use of a separate shower room which can also be accessed by guests using the sofa bed. Bedroom two has a king size bed which can be made up as two singles and has an ensuite shower room. The open plan living area allows a versatile space for a family or group with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge with large TV and DVD player. Outside the barn has a dedicated terrace area with table, chairs and BBQ and access to our luxury hot tub.
Set within the 3 acre gardens and woodland of Cotenham Barn, guests are welcome to investigate the gardens and make use of the footpath which leads from the property to Ranworth and good local pub.
Located in the Norfolk Broads National Park with easy access to many Broads villages, Norwich city, the beautiful North Norfolk coastline and many local attractions, Cotenham Barn makes the perfect base for a short break or longer holiday all year through.

Set in 3 acres of gardens with a large pond and woodland, Cotenham Barn is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the countryside. The garden itself offers many places to sit and watch the nature. there is a footpath leading from the garden across fields or country lanes to Ranworth village.

Cotenham Barn offers a variety of accommodation types to suit most tastes and welcomes couples, families and larger groups across the site. With traditional Bed and Breakfast rooms in the main barn as well as holiday cottages, all buildings were originally farm buildings which have been lovingly converted by the owners to provide a peaceful and unique environment.

Wonderful 3 days staying in Long Barn. Beautiful well equipped barn - I had the best sleep in a long time! Very helpful host. Ideally located for the Broads and the beaches. Lovely break with my older children with fantastic weather.

An Absolute Delight

We've stayed at the Long Barn at Cotenham Barn's in September, for what was our first Norfolk trip in over ten years of living in the UK. The barn is really nice, the bedrooms are great, the living room is big and the kids had a lot of fun playing there and in the beautifully maintained lawns outside. The property has a great BBQ which we used every evening, and the Jacuzzi which is an absolute treat. The place is well equipped with anything you need for a self-catering holiday.

Absolutely perfect!

We enjoyed three nights, in the Long Barn, celebrating our friend's 40th. Two mornings we opted for a cooked breakfast which has a wide range of options, is plentiful and delicious. We made great use of the hot tub which is a lovely place to spend some time star gazing. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed an al fresco lunch as well as watching the chickens wander around in the evening. The accommodation is spotless and well equipped for all your needs.

Lovely stay in well-equipped accommodation

We stayed four nights in the Long Barn. It is small but had everything we needed. There was enough space for our family of five, with our son staying on the sofa bed. the kitchen was well-equipped and had all the things you need. It was very clean when we arrived and we felt confident all the necessary Covid measures were in place. Little things like olive oil, salt and pepper and a good amount of toiletries are always appreciated.

Absolutely perfect for us

All the accommodation is on one level. Every little detail was thought of. It was clean tidy and spacious. The showers are great and is easy to use. My daughter is disabled but managed very well. the gardens are lovely and the number of birds are incredible . Thank you so much to Jill & Phil, nothing was too much trouble and we will come back

Wonderful space, peaceful and calming surroundings, welcoming and friendly hosts!

The premises are very clean and comfortable. The hosts are helpful and welcoming. Home made breakfast with home baked bread. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with a lovely pond at the back. Short drive to the cost to watch the seals. Great for families with kids and babies. Highly recommend!
