This well-appointed cottage rests in the city of Chester and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.

Ivy Cottage is a charming, three-storey cottage tucked away in the city of Chester. Hosting three bedrooms over the ground and first floor; including two doubles and a twin, plus a bathroom and a shower room, this cottage can sleep up to five people. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire. To the exterior there is a champagne terrace on the first floor and an enclosed courtyard on the ground floor, with off-road parking for one car. Ivy Cottage is a wonderful escape for families to explore this magnificent city.

Lovely cottage

We recently stayed in Chester and rented the Ivy Cottage for 5 nights. The location is great. A local coffee shop (Ginger Monkey) is across the Main Street, The Manor Inn pub is across the road and it’s a nice walk to town to see the amazing historical architecture and ancient ruins. We would highly recommend this rental. Be aware there is only one towel per person, there are steep stairs to get from the first floor to the levels above and the bathroom in the ground floor is very small. Other than that, it is well appointed and very comfortable

Comfortable Stay

The house was as expected. Clean,tidy and ample room for 4 adults. Parking a little difficult at property if you have a long car but there is enough on street parking outside. Walking distance from city centre. Wouldn't recommend if you have mobility problems as house is over three floors with quite steep stairs. Overall a very comfortable stay.
