Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment located right on the seafront. The apartment has spectacular views of Spinola and Balluta Bay from its living room and balcony. Apartment is located right on the seafront and promenade. It is fully equipped and furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 seperate bathrooms and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea.

Apartment is just a few minutes walking distance to Sliema, Paceville, the best restaurants, nightlife, shops, and a wide variety of entertainment and relaxation. Close by you will also find large outside play areas for kids.

The space
This seafront 3 bedroom apartment is directly located on St Julian's seafront, enjoying spectacular views of Spinola and Balluta Bay from its balcony. Please view the attached images to see the nice view there is from the balcony.

The apartment is fully equipped, finished and furnished. It has three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-dining-living room with a balcony overlooking the sea and two full and seperate bathrooms. The first bathroom has both a bath and a seperate shower. The second bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower.

It is very romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. The balcony is quite big and has a table with chairs.

Facilities:
- Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge;
- Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc;
- Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and Washing machine;
- Air-conditioning in all the rooms
- Fans are provided upon request too
- Cots and highchairs are available on request;
- Towels and bed sheets are also provided.

100 sqm internal area, 3rd floor with lift, 3 bedrooms and an extra sleeping area (with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Large back terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The back terrace measures 39 square metres.
Fast unlimited Wifi internet and IPTV (Digital TV) with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.
Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Iron and ironing board and washing machine. Hair dryer available on request.
Cots and highchairs are available on request.
The apartment has air-conditioning (cooling and heating A++/A+++) and fans are also provided in each room.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

*Utilities Consumption*
- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 200 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

Perfect location
The property was clean and in the perfect location for us. We hired a car and used the apartment as a base as we explored the island. There were lots of places to eat at night and lots to see from the balcony as we chilled in the evenings. Our hosts were very helpful and met us at the property on the first day, and checked that we were ok during our stay. We only had one question/query (not significant), but they replied within the hour. Great service We would highly recommend this property.

Great view St Julian’s.
Property was in the perfect location with a great view. Would be helpful to have a book to explain how the washer works, good restaurants nearby, places of interest, Location of grocery stores, etc. The only other suggestion is to find some other place for the smelly mop in the bathroom. Because tourists are not likely familiar with the electrical and water usage amounts, it would be helpful to have some approximate guidelines. Paying extra for over use of electricity and water is a little tacky.

Great location, fab big apartment and well looked after!
Thanks to Ruth, Neville and Salvatore for a lovely stay at their fab apartment. It is ideally located and within a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants and the vibrant Paceville. The two balconies overlook the bay, with a great relaxing view. Only three of us stayed in the apartment, but it sleeps many more. There are three bedrooms, large living / dining area, decent size kitchen and three bathrooms - providing loads of space. The apartment was very clean and well managed, with the owners and staff at the end of the phone to attend to any issues we had. If you're heading to Malta, check out Getaways Malta who have a number of apartments available, some of them even bigger than this one! thanks again Ruth and Neville, if I'm coming back to Malta, I'll definitely drop you a message.

Huge apartment
Central for restaurants, very busy thoroughfare. Lots of traffic. Loved the air con. View was georgeous Suggestions- Awelcome pack, even if only some water.Info on nearest supermarket, pharmacy, doctors. More tourist info. Bus time tables. Huge apt, only one bendy chopping board. Iron board needs replacing. Minor points though
