Our comfortable flat in Grado Pineta is located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift, just 30mt from the beach. The apartment features an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom, and a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. Enjoy the lovely north-west facing balcony with a dining table. Amenities include air conditioning, private parking for small cars, and a mosquito net in the bedroom.
