Please note: The property only allows a minimum of 7 nights with a strict Friday changeover only. 44 Reculver Drive is a fabulous detached beachfront property that rests on the outskirts of Herne Bay, Kent. Hosting a double with balcony, a ground-floor double and a snug with a sofa bed, this property can sleep up to five guests. The first floor is complete with a wet room, whilst the ground floor is home to a bathroom. Completing the interior of the property is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a utility room. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a decking and patio featuring outdoor seating, as well as a roadside parking space for one car to the front. 44 Reculver Drive is a chic and quirky property providing the ultimate space for a relaxing retreat to the coast.
Amenities: Gas underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer also a fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and tea towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available for two cars. Enclosed back garden with decking and patio featuring outdoor seating.
