Bairro Alto I

The apartment is located in one of the oldest and most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon, surrounded by all kinds of commerce and services. It is situated between the Square alluding to the poet Luís Vaz de Camões and the chiado district, on the slope of Bairro Alto and next to one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the city of Lisbon, the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. This apartment is completely refurbished maintaining traditional architecture, such as the pombaline cages of the 19th century. XVIII and has large areas and is very comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare a meal at home. It has stove, fridge with frozen, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board.

The kitchen gives access to a patio with very nice and private bench table, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors.

The room has two single beds that can be transformed into a large and comfortable king size double bed. Guests will always have the option to choose their preference.

The apartment features a full bathroom with shower cabin.

The room is very bright and faces the main street. The sofa bed can accommodate two extra guests. It has WI-FI throughout the house and TV with international channels.

The apartment has heaters and fans for your comfort all year round.

The apartment is 7 minutes from eléctrico Príncipe Real,5 minutes from Downtown Lisbon and Rossio, 15 minutes from Praça do Comércio and the Tagus River, 5 minutes from Baixa-Chiado metro station and 6 minutes from the famous tram station 28.



Our company uses exclusively the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment to obtain a complete and effective cleaning, including the cleaning of clothes and towels.

All our accommodations are certified by the General Directorate of Health with the Clean & Safe seal

House rules:

•Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the outside areas.

•The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.

•Pets are not allowed prior to consultation and prior authorization.

•Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00.

•It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.

•Key loss - 100€

•Lock that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention

•Forget the keys inside the apartment, requiring a new visit from Welcomer - 25€

•A manual of the house will be provided in the apartment at the time ofcheck-in. Please abide by the rules.



Lisbon Municipal Tax:



Lisbon City Council charges a fee of €4 per night of stay per person over 13 years of age with a maximum of €28 per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.



Minimum stays: 3 nights.



Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.



Extras:

Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people.



Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;



Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to plays or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or to any furniture or equipment thereof.
