Vi köpte och uppdaterade denna lÀgenhet i 2017 pÄ Big Niangua Arm (MM13) med vacker utsikt över sjön. Vi Àr frÄn östra Iowa och Àlskar att besöka. Vi valde den hÀr egenskapen eftersom den Àr sÄ nÀra motorvÀg 54. Det Àr en utvÀgsnivÄ för att underlÀtta carring i dagligvaror och har 3 pooler och ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn Ha Ha Tonka State Park, 2 golfbanor, shopping, barer, restauranger och andra roliga aktiviteter. Vi mÄlade lÀgenheten och sÀtta in nya madrasser, toaletter och möbler. I vÄren (2019) lÀgger vi till 2 Roku TV till sovrummen. Denna fastighet ligger i gated community of Cedar Heights i Camdenton, Missouri direkt av Highway 54. 12 x 30 bÄtslipan Àr nere med hiss och och vattnet Àr tyst för att du kan njuta av bÄtliv, skidÄkning mm

Wonderful vacation

Great vacation rental everything you need for a wonderful stay. The condo has everything you need . Two pools were very nice the boat slip an added bonus.

Great Family Getaway

The property and condo were wonderful. We visited two of the pools and met some helpful regulars. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were easy to get ahold of and very friendly-checking in to make sure we got in.

Great location, great condo

This condo was perfect for us! We (two girlfriends) were playing in a ladies golf tournament at Lake Valley so the location was perfect! The condo was just as described and was very clean!! Nadine was great to work and communicate with!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo Great Location

Me, my hubby, brother & SIL had a great time at the condo & LOZ area. Condo was super clean, organized, had nice furniture & was as advertised. Nadine was a great communicator, especially about parking and access to the condo. We will definitely rebook in the future. Location was perfect for us as well!

Labor Day Weekend 2020

We had a great visit in Camdenton. The condo is a beautiful home away from home and had all the necessities for our visit. Our favorite was the screened in porch and enjoying coffee while watching the boaters on the lake. The grill and especially the main floor access - no stairs to bring gear in - were a huge plus. The owners are responsive to questions. We are looking forward to staying again! Thank you!

We’ve stayed at this condo for the past several years. We absolutely love it! It’s clean and very well maintained. The owner is so nice and so easy to work with. She answered all of my texts and phone calls promptly. I rate it a 10 out of 10!! Highly recommend this condo!!

Walk-in level Condo

Very clean and nicely appointed Condo on Lake of the Ozarks, close to H-Ha Tonka. Conveniently located near restaurants/shops. Comfortable beds and very nice views of the lake. Nadine was a wonderful host and left easy directions for turning on the water, hot water heater and ice maker. Had a little trouble figuring out how to lock the door, and she responded immediately, helped us get it locked, and was so nice about us having to call her. Really nice host.

Very nice experience

Had a bit of difficulty finding the unit but Nadine says she will now include Building # in her instructions. The condo is very clean and has a very nice view of the lake. The screened-in porch was a great feature for us, as my wife is a mosquito magnet. Beds were very comfortable. Ground level entry a plus if you have trouble with steps. The elevator is very close to the condo -- for dock or swimming pool access. Location is very convenient to Camdenton -- for groceries, fishing licenses, shopping, etc. Very nice golf course right around the corner. Found Lake Runners who delivered and picked up a tritoon for us. Condo includes a nearby slip. All of this and Nadine is extremely responsive to any questions. Overall, a very nice experience.

Lovely condo

We had a great time in the lovely condo with easy access to both of the main pools and the highway. Other guests and owners were very friendly as well.

Overall Great!

This property was exactly as described. The owners had the place clean and organized (including all the little cooking tools we needed- pizza cutter, etc) and were responsive, when contacted. The unit was on the parking level, which was great to not have any steps, and close to the two main pools.

Condo is bigger than what pictures show. All of the appliances worked great and were clean. Love the style of the condo. Back deck was screened in with a screen that you can see through easily. Pools were nice. Owner replied quickly with any questions. Loved our stay!

Easy Access and Clean

Our family enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and the decor was really nice. Beds were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was really nice. The lake view was beautiful. Only negative was the HOA people were not very friendly and a little over the top. Would be nice if the property would have a pavilion with tables for people to sit and talk at if they will not let people use the tables by the pools.
