Vi köpte och uppdaterade denna lägenhet i 2017 på Big Niangua Arm (MM13) med vacker utsikt över sjön. Vi är från östra Iowa och älskar att besöka. Vi valde den här egenskapen eftersom den är så nära motorväg 54. Det är en utvägsnivå för att underlätta carring i dagligvaror och har 3 pooler och ligger bara några minuter från Ha Ha Tonka State Park, 2 golfbanor, shopping, barer, restauranger och andra roliga aktiviteter. Vi målade lägenheten och sätta in nya madrasser, toaletter och möbler. I våren (2019) lägger vi till 2 Roku TV till sovrummen. Denna fastighet ligger i gated community of Cedar Heights i Camdenton, Missouri direkt av Highway 54. 12 x 30 båtslipan är nere med hiss och och vattnet är tyst för att du kan njuta av båtliv, skidåkning mm

Great Condo Great Location

Me, my hubby, brother & SIL had a great time at the condo & LOZ area. Condo was super clean, organized, had nice furniture & was as advertised. Nadine was a great communicator, especially about parking and access to the condo. We will definitely rebook in the future. Location was perfect for us as well!

Overall Great!

This property was exactly as described. The owners had the place clean and organized (including all the little cooking tools we needed- pizza cutter, etc) and were responsive, when contacted. The unit was on the parking level, which was great to not have any steps, and close to the two main pools.

Condo is bigger than what pictures show. All of the appliances worked great and were clean. Love the style of the condo. Back deck was screened in with a screen that you can see through easily. Pools were nice. Owner replied quickly with any questions. Loved our stay!

Easy Access and Clean

Our family enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and the decor was really nice. Beds were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was really nice. The lake view was beautiful. Only negative was the HOA people were not very friendly and a little over the top. Would be nice if the property would have a pavilion with tables for people to sit and talk at if they will not let people use the tables by the pools.

Great lake retreat

Lakeside view and community were great. Short drive into town for food, etc. Close to two great golf courses.

Walk-in level Condo

Very clean and nicely appointed Condo on Lake of the Ozarks, close to H-Ha Tonka. Conveniently located near restaurants/shops. Comfortable beds and very nice views of the lake. Nadine was a wonderful host and left easy directions for turning on the water, hot water heater and ice maker. Had a little trouble figuring out how to lock the door, and she responded immediately, helped us get it locked, and was so nice about us having to call her. Really nice host.

Great Family Getaway

The property and condo were wonderful. We visited two of the pools and met some helpful regulars. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were easy to get ahold of and very friendly-checking in to make sure we got in.

Great location, great condo

This condo was perfect for us! We (two girlfriends) were playing in a ladies golf tournament at Lake Valley so the location was perfect! The condo was just as described and was very clean!! Nadine was great to work and communicate with!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay!

We stay here every year and as always we had a great stay. We love the location of condo, nice quiet part of the lake. I do wish there was a bigger bed in the master but that would be the only negative thing I could say. Can’t wait for next summers trip!

Beautiful Condo

This was the first time using VRBO and we were impressed in the condo we stayed at! The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and had a beautiful view of the lake! The owners were extremely helpful and this was a great experience for our family. We will be back sometime and book with Tom & Nadine again!

Perfect place for us

We picked this Camdenton location because we played at a tournament at Lake Valley Golf Club and the condo was right across the street. The owners were thorough and courteous with instructions and we never had any problems communicating with them. They supplied everything we needed. (Towels, kitchen items, etc). Loved that this condo was on parking lot level and really easy access in and out. Elevator took you to the pool level so no stairs to haul coolers or belongings. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Hosts and Great Location!

My son stayed here for a couple months while transitioning to a new home. His stay was great and the hosts were wonderful. This is a great condo with great access to 54 and a beautiful view of the lake. The ground level entry is great and made it easy to get in and out of. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great place to stay at Lake of the Ozarks. We can't thank the hosts enough for their hospitality and communication with us. Thank you!
