The room is 5 minutes walk from shops and the city center.
The room is a little over 25 m2. It has been completely renovated. It has a main room and a shower room / toilet / WC.
The main room has been structured around three areas: rest, office and relaxation.
The bedding has been the focus of our attention. The 140 bed is equipped with quality linen sheets and a duvet.
Large storage spaces on each side of the bed allow you to settle and feel at home.
The thickness of the exterior walls in rubble, and good insulation (in wood wool) contribute to create an intimate, relaxing and healthy atmosphere.
The height of the ceilings gives an impression of volume, conducive to relaxation.
Several devices have been installed to optimize the quality of the electromagnetic environment in order to promote quality sleep. The windows are new and secure (double glazing, high security glass burglar-proof).

Your bed and breakfast is located at Clos Notre Dame, property combining charm of the old and comfort of a quality renovation.
It is good to stay and rest, quiet while being close to shops and good restaurants (some within walking distance).
The bedding has been the subject of all our attention. Large storage spaces allow you to settle down and feel at home.
A cooking area allows you to prepare a hot drink (kettle, tea, Nespresso) and to cool some drinks or food.
Clos Notre Dame is located in Montlouis-sur-Loire, halfway between Tours and Amboise. More than thirty Loire castles can be reached within an hour by car, including Amboise at 15 and Chenonceau at about 20 minutes. Tours is 15 minutes.
You will be able to visit in a few minutes on foot the cellar of the producers of Montlouis. You will also enjoy walking along the vast wooded paths and vineyards that characterize our town, a real city in the countryside.
You can also move by bike on many itineraries (Loire by bike, ...).
The day of your arrival, your room will be available from 17:30.
