Superb 48m2 apartment on 2 floors, completely renovated in the heart of the historic center of Dinan.

Located on the 1st floor of the Hôtel Particulier Perlépampille, the Duplex has it all!

Spacious, beautiful high ceilings, full of charm, it consists of a living room with a convertible sofa, an open fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub.

You will appreciate its cozy bedroom under the eaves, with a view of the roofs of Dinan and the magnificent bell tower of the St Sauveur church. This has a double bed and a single sofa bed.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely old building that had been modernised to a high standard while retaining the character and atmosphere of the era that it was built The apartment is situated a very short walk from the restaurants, shops and the river Rance.
