La Grange... Sleeps 9 + Babies... Traditional Loire lime-stone walls with rustic oak beams & fireplace... Freshly decorated with neutral colours throughout the property... Downstairs consists of a spacious living / dinning room: 12mts x 9mts... equipped with stereo, satellite TV, fast fibre optic internet, DVD player...... a fully furnished kitchen with all utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob ( 9 burners ) & double sized oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc, high speed fiber optic internet, plus a cloakroom with wc.. Upstairs consists of a modern shower room & wc... 1 x twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with three singles, double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom with shower... All bed linen is supplied but not towels... the house has a walled court yard area with garden furniture, marquee & BBQ area... The In-Ground Pools = 1 x adult heated swimming pool: 10m x 5m x 2m deep... and 1 x young children & babies splash pool: 5m x 5m x 20cm deep, 500 sq mts of paving the whole area is totally walled for the safety of young children.

Romantic Gite in the Loire Valley - that we feel, really stand out from the rest.

Our traditional lime-stone Loire Valley Gite is set in 5 acres of landscaped exotic tropical gardens, with shaded avenues of trees, mature conifers, exotic trees, palm trees, banana forest, bamboo forest, lawns, shrubs, wall-climbers & all sorts of gorgeous flowering plants... the gardens are also integrated around the Gite swimming pool area.

Our Gite caters for babies and young children as well as teens.

For the young children there is a great in-ground splash pool: 5m x 5m & 20cm deep, and the main heated swimming pool for the adults: 10m x 5m & up to 2m deep, the pool area is very large with 500 sq mts of paving with an enormous folie at one end, and the area is completely walled with child safe door.
The pool area is open from mid May to mid September.

There are also many other activities on the grounds of our Gite, such as table tennis, badminton, football, swings, trampoline, a very large tree house & many garden toys for your children to enjoy.

Perfect

Alistair and Jennifer were amazing. The house was lovely and gardens that dreams are made of. We weren't particularly good renters due to unforseen circumstances with our car, and they went way above what anyone would expect for us. We left in a rush and can only thank them for a wonderful time and their kindness. A beautiful home.

A nice property with exceptional grounds and swimming pool, all very well maintained. We had a couple of small issues with some things inside the property but these were swiftly dealt with by the owners who live within the same complex. Location-wise, the property is about 45 minutes to the River Loire and most of its chateaux - not perfect but not too far to be a chore. Other than that, the surrounding location is most tranquil with only the occasional passing car or tractor.

Total relaxation

Probably the most comfortable place we’ve stayed in as a family . The atmosphere was relaxed, the property well equipped with clear guidelines about what was acceptable but despite being beautiful it was not ‘precious’ It felt like home. The surrounding gardens are truely beautiful and there is a range of facilities to suit all ages from the warm pool to badminton and table tennis. The surrounding countryside has many small quiet lanes and little villages offering ideal cycling. Thank you Jennifer and Alistair.

Piscine et jardin fantastiques

Très bel endroit. La maison est fonctionnelle, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Il y a beaucoup de jouets pour les enfants. La piscine est sublime et le jardin avec une myriade d'activités est grandiose. Propriétaires sympathiques à l'écoute.
