En fantastisk, vackert möblerad, nyligen förnyad villa, framför Villa Monastero och Villa Cipressi, på huvudtorget i Varenna!

Gångavstånd från järnvägsstationen och hamnen till färjan, bara några meter från strandpromenaden vid sjön, kaféerna och butikerna!

Fyra mycket fina rum: ett extra stort trippelrum med eget badrum, en singel, en tvilling och ett mindre trippelrum med 2 eleganta badrum och ett loo.
På bottenvåningen finns en mysig lounge där du kan koppla av framför elden.
Den har allt som krävs för en perfekt semester.
Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår, en barnstol och barnsäng.

Loungen förtjänar från en stor TV med några internationella kanaler, DVD, videospelare och Hi Fi.

Därefter finns köket med 10 sitsig matbord, vilket skapar en avkopplande miljö där du kan laga mat och njuta av en italiensk kvällsmåltid.
Den första våningen rymmer 2 sovrum med dubbelsäng och rymligt badrum.
På andra våningen hittar du ett sovrum med badrum (med jacuzzi) smakfullt inredda och kompletterade av ett träbjälkat tak för att ge en rymlig känsla i rummet.
Det 4: e sovrummet har en enkelsäng och är ganska liten men ändå mysig.

Wonderful place in Varenna

We had 6 adults and this place was perfect for our needs. Within walking distance of the things we wanted to see and do. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again and don’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Magnificent stay in Varenna

We had a magnificent stay in this villa in Varenna! This villa is perfect for a family, we were 4 adults and had lots of room to spare. It is centrally located, the furniture was very comfortable, not only the beds, but the living room area, as well. Liz is a wonderful host, she even stocked the fridge, had snacks and water waiting for us. Liz was always accessible when we had questions. In terms of cleanliness, the entire villa was spotless. It was so lovely to come home to the villa after a long day of exploring Varenna and Lake Como. Should I be in Varenna again, I will definitely stay here. Thanks for everything, Liz!

Perfect place to stay

Liz was the best host! Helped us with reservations for restaurants and taxi service. The place was clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. I would return again. Location was amazing. Middle of town and across from Villa Montastero

Great location

This 3 story unit was conveniently located right next to the parking garage and within a couple of minutes walk to a bar which had great breakfast coffee and pastry. The waterfront was only a reasonable 15 minutes away, with many restaurants and cafes. Varenna is very touristy, but in a pleasant and low key way. This apartment has a master suite on the top floor, complete with balcony overlooking the main street, an enormous bath and access to the small outside yard at the back of the house (the house sits on a very steep hill). The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a shared bath. The groud floor, with the outside entrance, has a large great room and half bath. We did not cook at all, so I can't comment on the kitchen, though it did look well equipped, other than lacking a decent coffee maker. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated and furnished. We very much enjoyed the stay!

All was Fantastic!

My husband, son and daughter-in-law stayed in this delightful apartment in mid-May. We loved Varenna and the location of the apartment, so close to shops/cafes and sights. The Apartment was HUGE in every respect. Beds/bedding great. Very clean. The host was very generous to provide coffee, bottled waters, juice, a few groceries and snacks. Liz was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Lake Como!

Lake Como Visit

Great location and walking distance to small market, bakery, shops and restaurants. Views were amazing and the Villas was very nice and met our needs. Manager was very accommodating. We did have to pay for Parking, but it was in a Parking structure right next door.

Wonderful Location and Property

My family and I spent a few days here and loved the location and property. The setup was perfect for our small children and allowed us to walk everywhere in town including the ferry and train station. Liz was great at communicating and had some nice snacks waiting for us in the kitchen.

3 generations trip to Italy

IDEAL location to piazza, restaurants and food shops! Church bells on the hour (except 10pm-7am) which were beautiful. Elizabetta’s touches were the best we have ever experienced-eggs, milk, juice, yogurt, bread, cereal…left for our 1st morning were so wonderful. Heated floors and heated towel racks - swoon! Elizabetta’s communication, reach ability and recommendations were exceptional (restaurants, taxis, must sees, etc). It was an amazing experience for our family! (Grandparents, parents and 3 boys - ages 8, 10 & 13).

The house is amazing. It is cozy, clean and spacious. Liz is the perfect host: professional, always available, and very kind. And, of course, Varenna is quite and very nice. We had 4 amazing days in that house!

Varenna stay

Loved our stay. Perfect location. Right by small town ctr. Could get our coffee, sandwiches etc a few steps away. So much room for us 6 adults. Very clean! Lots of room for everyone. Bedrooms nice size and AC in the bedrooms were perfect for the hot weather. Highly recommend. Would def stay here again. Liz was awesome and easy to communicate with. 5 Stars!!

Wonderful!

This was the perfect place to stay for us (two couples) in Varenna: the main square was a short walk; Villa Cipressi was directly across the street. Parking garage just next door. It would also be a great spot for a family with children, as they had cribs, potty seats, toys. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies and the host left coffee, cream, sugar, eggs, bread and marmalade as a wonderful greeting. Thank you Liz! The host is very responsive and helpful with any questions about the house and also provided recommendations in Varenna.

Wohnung top. Zufrieden.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parken nur im Parkhaus möglich. Daher Zusatzkosten einplanen. Erst ab 22 Uhr 200 m weiter Kostenloses Parken möglich. Sehr viel Verkehr. Sehr nette 3-sprachige (Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch) Vermieterin mit guter Orga. Defekte Klima und Spülmaschine wurde bereits am nächsten Tag repariert. Varenna an sich ist sehr touristisch. Ein Essenstisch für mehr als 4 Personen zu bekommen, ist unmöglich (zumindest in der Hauptsaison mit ungeduldigen Kinder).

Great Stay

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Elisabetta was a wonderful host. There is no view of the water, but it is in a great location — especially since we were attending a wedding across the street at Villa Monastero.

Awesome location

The house is large - stretched out over 3 floors. So if stairs are hard for you this may be a challenge. The stairs are steep and the master bedroom is on the top floor . However the view from the master is stunning and there is a small balcony that fits 2 chairs - lovely in the morning and late afternoon. The living area and kitchen is on the first floor. The kitchen is updated but the living area is a little shabby but comfortable. The space ends up being dark because it is on a main road and the windows are covered 3/4 way up with a textured acrylic type material for privacy. In the summer I imagine it is a welcoming cool temperature but in the spring it was chilly without a heat source except a wood stove. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had great water pressure. There is a little outside garden area that was quiet and surrounded by trees. No view of the lake in that area. Liz and Laura were great with communication and very helpful . The kitchen was stocked with waters, yogurt, bread and eggs and butter and jam and milk. There were some bags of snacks on the table and cereal . All a lovely surprise! Out the door and across the street and you are near restaurants and shops. Ferry was about a 10 minute walk. So location is fantastic!! There were 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. We had a delightful stay.

Varenna's wonderful

The house, although on the main road into town, was quiet and lovely. It was well equipped and the agents left us fabulous goodies to start of our stay. I would highly recommend this home. But remember, Americans, the first floor is our second in all of Italy. So the bedrooms are all upstairs!
