Bear Condo is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.

The owners invite you to enjoy staying in their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo's unique 6ft x 6ft picture window and wraparound balcony. The balcony has chairs and a café table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.

SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Bear Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 900 square feet which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom. This charming cabin and bear themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a luxurious soft leather sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.

GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.

Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.

TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Went to Breck for Fall leaves. Property was great with good location at base of ski area and near restaurants and shops. Great views from balcony. Indoor garage was nice. Would stay again.

Unit was perfect, very well located - near everything and close to my conference. Communication was amazing, Twila was very responsive and I felt if I needed anything, she would have taken care of that immediately.

Location, location, location! Can't beat the location. Base of Peak 9. Less crowded than Peak 8. Main street is 1 block away. Walk out the door and your standing at the lift in about 60 seconds. The condo was great. Very spacious. Clean. Great view of the surrounding mountains and Maggie Pond. The village is a true ski in and ski out location. Host was very responsive. Great stay.

Amazing!

The stay was amazing! The condo was very nice and close to everything. We were able to just park and walk all over Breckenridge. Twilla was easy to get a hold of and we were able to text or call her with any questions. The condo was so cozy and the wifi worked great, the pool was awesome too! We will definitely be staying there again!

Great condo!

Very cute condo with everything we needed. Just as in the pictures and descriptions. The building is small and makes the walk out to the slopes even shorter than a large resort building. We look forward to returning!

Luxurious with a breathtaking view.

The condo was beautifully decorated & had a warm inviting feel. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The views from the 6th floor of the sunrise on the mtn top was spectacular in the mornings. It was a close walk to shops, restaurants & skiing. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. We absolutely loved this condo.

Family Xmas Ski Getaway 2022

Our family took a short Christmas Ski vacation to Breckinridge. Our condo was very nice - we didn’t spend much time there but it was clean, had many amenities & was very close to the lift! The town is so cute, people friendly & very accessible. We had a few hiccups (nothing major) but our property manager was Always available to assist!

Breck Getaway

This property was immaculate with an unbeatable location. We are now spoiled forever as we could look out the windows and see the mountains, walk to the lift in about 90 seconds and be at dinner on Main Street in 3-4 minutes. Twilla was exceptional at communicating and helping with our struggle getting the phone key to work. We are already plotting our next trip to Breckenridge hopefully staying at this same location.

Small getaway

This property was perfect. It was right next to everything.we were able to walk to everything around. It was very clean and spacious. When I had a question she would answer almost immediately. We paid for parking and the first night it didn’t work, so she worked quickly to get it fixed. I have never had that happen so quickly at other properties when I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend staying here.

Exceeded our expectations!

I chose this condo for its location and cleanliness, at least from what I could tell from the online photos. The condo was exceptionally clean which made me very happy. What surprised me the most were the views from living room window and the balcony. Words cannot express the magnificent views of the mountains and Maggie Pond just below. The location was also a big plus since restaurants and stores were just steps away. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in Breckinridge!

Great Location and Well Supplied

Excellent rental property for a couple or small family. Located across the steet from the beginning of Main Street in Breckenridge.. Plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and linens/towels. Excellent communictions with Twilla and the rental agency. Extra cost for parking in underground garage well worth it - made the luggage and grocery up and down to unit very easy. Would certainly recommend this rental unit to friends and acquaintances without hesitation.

Impressive Condo / Perfect Location

I’m honestly shocked that we found such an amazing condo booking only 1 week before our stay. The condo is rugged and beautiful with a perfect location! Ski in / ski out with only a few steps to the Quicksilver Superchair on the mountain. Also, right outside the condo is Christi Sports which is super convenient for ski/board/boot rentals if needed before you hit the slopes. We loved the spa and game room located at the complex. I would go out on a limb to say that you will not find a better location for all of the above - skiing, eateries, shopping, and access to Main Street. This host is exceptional and kept checking on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again Twilla!!

Disappointing arrival

There were difficulties with entering the garage because we had not received the proper code for that purpose, allegedly texted by Twilla the morning of our arrival. Once in the condo, the interior and balcony were covered in dust or pollen. There were also crumbs on counters and tables, cigarette butts in the ash can (no smoking was allowed), no firestarter, and the balcony furniture was unusable because it was filthy. Once I contacted Sherif at vrbo customer service, and he was able to confererence in Twilla, a housecleaner arrived within an hour and Sindy did an excellent job of getting the condo and balcony in occupiable condition. We were also awakened at 12:30am the first night by chirping of the smoke/CO2 alarm because the battery was dying.After that first evening, contact with Twilla was good. There were also no blackout shades in the bedroom, despite having an east-facing ( sunrise) window. A handyman, Dan, arrived soon after I contacted Twilla about the battery and us being awakened about 5:30 am by the bright rising sun. He replaced the battery and later fashioned a temporary blackout shade that was acceptable. The view from the condo was outstanding and the visit was as expected after the initial problems were resolved.

Can’t recommend enough!

This property was wonderful! The manger was so easy to get ahold of a quick to respond, my daughter got sick on the flight and I asked, day of, if we could check in early for her and she was so kind and understanding about it and let us in early so she could rest. She answered every question I had, check in and out was super simple and explained well. Condo was large and beautiful on the 6th floor we had an amazing view of the mountains. It does have a washer and dryer in the condo which I’m not sure that it says it’s actually in the room in the description, but it is! Quiet, but just a 3 minute walk to down downtown shopping and eating. This place was perfect for our family and I’m sure will be for yours.

The best of Breckenridge

I can’t believe we are already home from our amazing trip to Breckenridge! Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo was exactly as pictured! Family friendly, spacious, clean and so close to the slopes. My husband and kids ate a quick breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, then off to ski. They took a break at lunch and came in warmed up and ate a bite. You are so close to the lift. It was so convenient and comfortable! Every evening we walked into town for dinner and some shopping. I am not a skier. I enjoy time at a local spa (Thanks Twila for the recommendation) and enjoyed some time leisurely walking around the town. The outdoor hot tubs were a perfect way to end the evening! I can’t say enough about this property! It was absolute perfection! Great communication and a great time by all.
