The flat is situated in the Aldeamento Turístico da Prainha, located by the sea. It extends for 35 ha over the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Praia dos Três Irmãos, with small clusters of flats and villas, among gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive pedestrian access. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

You'll also find a wide range of services and facilities for all ages, such as 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults and 2 for children, including the shell-shaped Atlântica at the top of the cliff overlooking the sea, the lift built into the rocks (the only one in the Algarve) to access the beach, 4 restaurants, tennis courts, a paddle tennis court and much more!

The surrounding area is quiet, but it's close to the best golf courses in the region and just 2 kilometres from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.

- A security deposit of EUR 900 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption charges (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.
