The apartment is located in the Prainha Tourist Resort, on the 2nd floor without a lift, situated near the sea, extending over 35 ha on the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Praia dos TrĂȘs IrmĂŁos, with small sets of apartments and villas, among gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive pedestrian access. This is the ideal location for relaxing holidays with family or friends.
You will also find a wide range of services and facilities for all ages such as 3 outdoor pools for adults and 2 for children, including the Atlantic, shell-shaped, at the top of the cliff and with sea view, the lift embedded in the rocks (unique in the Algarve) for beach access, 4 restaurants, tennis courts, padel court and much more!
The surrounding area is calm, but close to the best golf courses in the region and only 2 km from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.
NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 900 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMĂO TOURIST TAX:
According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2 per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1 per person, per night.
Note:
- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:
T3: 350 Kwhs and 14 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit amount.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and transaction confirmation in your bank's app is required. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
