Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 1 bedroom apartment in OrciĂšres Merlette! Our rustic property is ideally located at the foot of the pistes and offers a varied ski area of 150 miles of ski hills!

Situated at the top of the Champsaur valley, our authentic 30 to 35m2 apartment can be found in the midst of the breathtaking Hautes-Alpes! Enjoying both the sunny atmosphere of the Southern French Alps and the cascading snowfalls from the Ăcrins mountain range, this is the premier destination for an exciting and stunning ski vacation. Only 38 km away from Gap, Orcieres Merlette successfully combines the modern equipment and infrastructure of a large-scale ski resort, with the friendly atmosphere of a traditional mountain village. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4!
Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with a comfortable Double bed. There's also a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate 2 additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens!
Get ready in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate toilet.
After skiing, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up and watch your favourite show on the TV or connect with loved ones over the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the private balcony.
In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Enjoy all your meals at the separate dining table.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at RĂ©sidence Rochebrune where our space is conveniently located, including access to the shared indoor pool.
A fully-refundable damage deposit of âŹ300/apartment and a small daily tourist tax and eco-tax between âŹ0.50 and âŹ3 per person will be collected upon arrival. End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) included! Please let us know upon reservation if you would like to bring a pet along with you and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee of âŹ60/stay or âŹ12/night for stays under 7 nights.
The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder.
