A charming 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house with convenient access to Leamington Spa town centre which is only 6 minutes drive way. Neighbouring towns and cities including Warwick, Rugby, Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon are also easily accessible.
The house is fully furnished as a home away from home with free parking available on the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is also available around the house and is free of charge.
