Enjoy a laid-back Costa Blanca escape in this cosy first-floor apartment in the friendly La Cinuelica urbanisation, Punta Prima (Orihuela Costa). Itâs a comfortable, no-fuss home base â ideal for couples, friends, or small families who want to explore the beaches, bars, and sunny lifestyle of the Orihuela coast.
.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a bright open-plan living area with a small dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Itâs simply furnished but has everything you need for an easy holiday stay. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to a lovely communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area â perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The La Cinuelica complex is peaceful and well-kept, offering a relaxed atmosphere.
The Neighborhood:
Youâll be within walking distance of local shops (5 minutes) and plenty of bars and restaurants (10 minutes). The beach is around a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive away, with several options nearby including Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca.
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 30 minute walk away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promandae to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both spanish and english films, close by to a bowling alley.
Getting Around:
There is a local bus route which travels around the Orihuela Costa.
In additon there is a bus which travels beween Cartegna and Alicante. Stopping at Torrevieja.
For those with a car, explore the spanish villages close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas.
