Villa Stanzia Diklic with pool for max 5 people in a green environment near Porec is located in Stanzia Diklic about 3.5 km from the center of Porec, the sea and beaches. The villa is 2 km away from shopping centers, bakeries 1 km away and there are various cultural monuments, restaurants, sports centers, water park, excursion possibilities and other facilities of PoreÄ's rich tourist offer.
The villa is a detached house of 58 m2 newly built in 2011. It is located on a plot of 750 m2 all fenced in with a 1.2 m high wall and 2.5 m bamboo hedge. The villa offers guests complete peace, no neighbors. The pool is in size of 23 m2 Roman stairs with lighting in all colors with remote control for the evening atmosphere that guests create themselves. The villa provides guests with a private covered parking lot within the property.
The villa consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, bar and corner furniture that pulls out into a bed 230 x 160 cm for 2 people. The bedroom has a large double bed 200x160 cm for two persons. Additionally, there is the possibility of installing one folding bed 200x90 cm for one person. The bathroom is with a bath. Villa is fully equipped, wi-fi, led tv, satellite, blu ray, oven, microwave, fridge and deep freezer, hotplates, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, safe, mosquito nets on windows, garden furniture, deck chairs with swimming pool. The capacity is 4 adults and optionally one person on a folding bed.
Arrival is from 2pm to 10pm, departure until 10am. A welcome package is offered upon arrival. A welcome party with champagne and a full beverage fridge.
The villa has air conditioning in the living room that can make the whole space comfortable to stay, and has electric heating, so it can be used even during the hottest months.
For a comfortable stay there is a large, mostly covered terrace of 32 m2 and another 18 m2 terrace with wooden and gas barbecue.
Pets allowed free of charge. The deposit is 200 âŹ. Excursion and car rental services are also available. The host is always at your service and speaks: German, English, Italian and Slovenian.
