This is a central apartment, only 300m from the bus station and right across the central commercial and pedestrian district of the island. Fully furnished with all the amenities needed, this apartment was renovated in 2017, freshly painted and decorated to provide you with the best stay possible. The designers captured the essence of luxury in a space that combines warm colours with Mediterranean accents.

The apartment is located in a safe and a quiet neighborhood with mostly families living around. Everything is within walkable distance from the penthouse: Supermarket, fruit market, cheesemaker, meat market, bakery and many more just 1âČ walking distance away. There is plenty of space to park your car right in front of the house, while cafeterias, restaurants, the seaside and the famous Argostoliâs bridge is just 3âČ away. The closest beach, Makris Yialos is 6âČ by car or approximately 35âČ walking distance.

From Kefalonia International Airport Anna Pollatou, drive approximately 15min following the signs to Argostoli. After Lassi Area continue onto Sklavou Rd. Pass Shell gas station and take a sharp turn right onto Souidias Rd. Turn left onto Devosetou Rd and after 35m turn left onto Sitemporon Rd. Drive for 120m and turn left onto Kefalou Rd. You will find your destination after 66m on the left.
