The Palace is furnished in Baroque Venice style with unique pieces, precious materials, Murano glass chandeliers and vases, antique furniture and tipic Venetian floors. There also is an independent access and an exclusive courtyard.
On the ground floor there is a wine cellar with a great selection from Angoris winery, a small kitchen and an arcade.
On the first floor you find a noble hall, a fully equipped kitchen with accessories, a small private bathroom, a living room and a dining room. First room has a terrace and a bathroom with all services. On the mezzanine floor you will find a double bed or two single beds. Second room has a double bed, a walk-in and a bathroom with all services.
On the second floor you will find a laundry room, two bedrooms (one double and one with a French bed), two bathrooms with all services and a small living room with sofa bed.. City Tax: € 5,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights

Venice flat

Fair Furniture was not comfortable The air conditioner only worked in one room. No crossbreeze when we opened windows. There were ants in the kitchen.

Lovely home in a quiet part of Venice!

This rental home is HUGE! Our family had more than enough space and the kitchen and house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were met by an agent at the time of our check-in and a credit card or cash (EURO) deposit was required for us to complete the check in process. The deposit was returned upon handing over our keys at check out, but it is important to note that a debit card can not be used for the deposit for this property, at least this is what we were told. Once we clarified the check in requirements with the deposit, the rest of check in was a breeze. The house is located in a quiet area that is just a few hundred feet from a super market, tons of shopping and food options. It is also a few hundred feet from a water taxi station which made getting to the airport and the surrounding area very easy! We very much enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it to others. The property is run by a management group, so you will need patience when emailing with questions, however all of our questions were answered and our stay was flawless without issue.

Perfect location and space for a group

Great location, great space, clean and bright. The air conditioning was good and the location was very quiet. My only issue was that the instructions for the laundry machines was not clear, we had to go to the machine websites to learn how to use them. Also there should have been more towels and sponges for the kitchen and better coffee makers. The stairs carpets are loose and dangerous for people to walk on especially older people.

Amazing Venice property

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Venice! A unique and unforgettable vacation rental that I wish we had kept for longer. Location cannot be beat either as it is close to everything. Property management was incredibly communicative and made the stay as easy as we could have wanted. At a time when so many vacation rentals are so sterile and all look the same, this place really gives you a full flavor of living in Venice. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful property with a few issues. Dryer did not work very well so spent excessive time trying to get laundry done during our stay. Kitchen sink tap leaking all over so it should be replaced. Even after attempts to fix it, WE STILL HAD NO HOT WATER FOR EITHER NIGHT OR MORNING SHOWERS! No air conditioning (I was previously told it’s not tuned on until July and August) so we opened windows only to be inundated with mosquitoes! Either turned the air on earlier or get screens for the windows!

What an amazing property! fantastic for a stay with family and friends with plenty of space for up to 10 and well equipped for all your needs in typically Venetian décor. We could not have wished for more and felt like locals in our own home. Highly recommend for people looking for a true Venetian experience!

What an amazing property! fantastic for a stay with family and friends with plenty of space for up to 10 and well equipped for all your needs in typically Venetian decor.
