The convenient location allows you to move easily on foot during throughout the holiday, because the town of Marina di Campo offers tourists many services such as bars, restaurants, shops, cafes; it is one of the liveliest towns during the summer period and therefore it is also the most requested.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
