We expected the villa manager to meet us when we arrived in accordance with all information we had received but when we arrived at the villa no one was there and after 10 mins we tried the door and it was open! The first thing we noticed were the broken dining chairs and wobbly table and broken arm chair in living space. I immediately informed Agni travel as the villa was for 8 and only two working chairs and table unusable! The other settees were very uncomfortable as so hard but we appreciated this. The bedrooms were clean and the en-suites nice with the exception that the tap on one sink too blew off when turned on soaking the guest! Another toilet seat came off and was broken! The villa kitchen was extremely poorly equipped with only 5 forks and 6 knifes and an assortment of plates and glasses but not enough of anything to accommodate a party of 6 self catering. It would not take much investment to address this. We had emails back from Agni travel but noone came to the villa for over 36 hours and only after me chasing continually and I was told everything could be fixed and hasnât been reported before we arrived! This had a hugely negative impact on our holiday to such extent that we made arrangements to leave the villa and will be chasing compensation. We would strongly advise people to ensure all these issues have been addressed before booking this villa as it is in urgent need for some investment both inside and outside to meet minimum standards.
