Beautiful house 15 min from Stockholm city
Our house is located in a quiet, beautiful area in Nacka. Perfect for a family with kids, but also for a couple that appreciate the nature and want to explore the archipelago.
Itâs just 2 min walk to the bus that will take you to the city center of Sthlm in 17 min (Södermalm and Old Town).
Itâs a lot of nice areas for running and hiking. Several bathing places is very near. Both the ocean and small lakes
Archipelago boats departing nearby directly to Old Town, Stockholm city, Vasa museum, Skansen, Gröna Lund or out into the archipelago.
5 minutes car drive to a very nice restaurang just by the sea, The Old Smokey House.
Our house has all the bedrooms, the kitchen and livingroom at the same floor. Access to the terraces from the livingroom. Sunny almost all day on the biggest one and nice shade on the other half the day. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and two bedroms with kids bed adjustable to full length. Lot's of toys if you want.
Laundry room with washer and dryer. Two toalets.
In the basement there is a livingroom with cinema, bedsofa, Sauna, shower and a toilett.
Finaly cleaning is included in the rental-fee all though itâs very important to leave the house in a god condition.
Linnen and towels are included.

GÄ pÄ ett evenemang eller se en match pÄ 3Arena, och avsÀtt gÀrna lite tid för att besöka Gröna Lund, en av omrÄdets frÀmsta turistattraktioner som du absolut inte fÄr missa.
