Brand new, one bedroom apartment, in the heart of Rethymno. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to local amenities, not far from the city center, this modern, 31 sq.m. 5th floor apartment, is fully furnished, offering superb accommodation to a maximum of 2-3 guests.

The space
The studio features an individual entrance, a room with a double bed and a sofa-single bed. There is a dining area set up to 3 people and a separate small but good equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious veranda with fantastic view to the castle of Rethymno, "Fortetza", and the sea. It is equipped with all modern appliances (refrigerator, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV and wi fi ).
