Casa dei Limoni is a splendid vacation villa in Sicily, offers an unforgettable experience immersed in nature, a short distance from Noto and the beaches of Lido di Noto. Located within a residential complex composed of two distinct and independent accommodations ( green house and blu one). This country house with a pool is perfect for families and groups of friends who wish to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation and discovering the beauties of the Val di Noto.
Casa dei Limoni Verde is an 80 mÂČ apartment, with a private entrance, ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. The apartment consists of a bright living area with an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a double sofa bed, and a hallway with a single bed that can be used if needed. A climate-controlled double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower complete the interior spaces. The decor, with touches of green and turquoise, creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Casa dei Limoni Verde is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and an iron. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
Casa dei Limoni Verde features a terrace and a private veranda in front of the pool, a private garden with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, a barbecue area, and a solarium. Guests can also enjoy a private gazebo in the internal courtyard, furnished with plants, flowers, and prickly pear cacti. The pool is shared with the Casa dei Limoni Blu apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security.
Located in a quiet residential area, Casa dei Limoni Verde offers an ideal starting point for exploring the Val di Noto. The center of Noto, with its bars, restaurants, and shops, is just 2 km away. The villa is strategically located for visiting the Baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, and Syracuse, as well as the beautiful beaches of Lido di Noto, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo, and the Vendicari Reserve.
