Village house in Maria de la Salut.
In the centre of the island, in the "Pla de Mallorca", the village of Maria de la Salut is characterised by its island character, gastronomy and its dedication to local agriculture and crafts. Neighbours of the well-known village of Sineu, they are located just 15 km from the famous white sandy beaches of the Northern area: Can Picafort and AlcĂșdia.
The house consists of three rooms, one of them on the ground floor next to a bathroom and the semi-open kitchen towards the living room. In it two comfortable sofas, wi-fi, satellite television and everything necessary to relax.
In the outdoor area, they will find a terrace area with sun loungers, a barbecue and privacy.
On the first floor, two more rooms and a bathroom, a balcony and another terrace with views of the mountains.
Ideal house for a holiday with friends.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
